Every London Borough. One Renovation Contractor.
I'm based in Stratford, in the heart of East London — which puts me well-placed for east, central, north, and south of the city. But the coverage isn't limited to the areas I'm most commonly called to. I work across every London borough, and I don't add travel charges or mileage fees to quotes. Whatever the job, you pay for the work — not for where you are.
Based in Stratford. Working Across All 32 Boroughs.
Renov8 London covers every London borough — not just the six areas that have their own dedicated pages on this site. Those six boroughs are where I work most regularly, so I've written detailed pages about the local housing stock, common renovation challenges, and the specific kinds of jobs I handle there. But if your property is in Barnet or Bromley, Lambeth or Lewisham, the answer is still yes — I'll come to you. From my base in Stratford, I can reach east London quickly, and central, north, and south London are all straightforward. No surcharges, no minimum distances, no areas I won't consider. If you're not sure whether I can help, just call — it takes thirty seconds to find out.

What It Actually Means to Work Across a City This Size
London isn't one kind of place and it isn't one kind of property. I've worked in Victorian terraces in Forest Gate where the walls haven't been touched since the house was built, and in new-build flats in Stratford where the developer's finish needed sorting before the owner could move in properly. I've done warehouse conversions in Bermondsey with twelve-foot ceilings and exposed brickwork, and two-bed council-era maisonettes in Walthamstow where everything needed updating but nothing was straightforward. Each one requires you to think about the building in front of you rather than applying a standard approach.
That range is what makes this job interesting — and it's also what makes an experienced multi-trade contractor genuinely useful across the whole city. You're not dealing with someone who specialises in one area and has to bring in others the moment the job gets complicated. I handle the plastering, the tiling, the carpentry, and the plumbing myself. The standard stays consistent wherever in London the job happens to be.
Coverage Questions, Answered Directly
I cover all 32 London boroughs. The six featured on this site — Newham, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Southwark, and Redbridge — are where I work most regularly, so those pages go into detail about local housing stock and common jobs. But they're not the limit of where I'll travel. Whether you're in Barnet in the north, Croydon in the south, Havering in the east, or Hillingdon in the west, get in touch and we'll talk through what you need. My base in Stratford puts me within reasonable reach of every part of the city.
No. I don't add mileage charges or travel fees to quotes for London jobs. When I give you a project price, it covers everything — the distance from Stratford to your property is not a line item. This applies whether you're five minutes away in Newham or south of the river in Lambeth or Lewisham. If a job is genuinely outside London, that's a different conversation — but for any London borough, your quote reflects the work, not the journey.
Yes. The borough pages on this site exist because those are the areas I work in most often, so they earn their own detailed pages. But if your property is in a different part of London, I can still visit, assess the work, and give you a quote — at no charge and with no obligation. Call me on 075 3404 0355 and we'll arrange a time to take a look. Most jobs across London are straightforward for me to reach; I've been working city-wide for over twenty years and the logistics rarely cause a problem.
Your Borough Is Covered. What Happens Next Is Simple.
Wherever you are in London, the next step is the same — give me a call, tell me what you're looking to do, and I'll arrange a visit to take a look. No obligation, no sales pitch, just a straight conversation about your renovation.
